12 tips to make the most of your Symposium 2024 experience

Our 12 tips to will help you get the best value from your time at Sitecore Symposium 2024 from October 15-18 in Music City, including how to get the biggest savings when planning your stay, planning out your favorite sessions in advance, and maximizing your networking.Sitecore Symposium is back. From October 15-18, 2024, we’ll be bringing global brands, marketers, technologists, and digital visionaries together in Nashville, Tennessee for what promises to be the digital experience event of the year. To ensure you make the most of your Sitecore Symposium 2024 experience, we’re sharing 12 essential tips for attendees.
1. Register early for the lowest pass pricing
If you haven’t registered yet, discounts on general pass pricing–usually $2,049USD–will remain available at Advanced rates ($1,849) through September 30. We’re also offering specialty passes– education, government, or non-profit attendees can receive an additional $200USD off the current rate by registering with an edu, .gov, or .org email address. Group packages are also available–to receive the group pricing discounts, all passes must be purchased together.
2. Stay close to the action
If you need to book a hotel room for your time in Nashville, we’re offering discounted room rates at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center starting at $299 per night, plus a $28 resort fee and tax. Gaylord Opryland Resort reservations must be booked through Sitecore’s hotel site by Friday, September 20, 2024, to receive the attendee discount. Please note, discounted hotel rooms are limited and may sell out.
3. Sign up for a pre-conference training, certification exam, or exam prep
Everyone registered for Symposium has access to onsite trainings, certification exams, and exam prep bundles, provided by our Sitecore Learning team. These are designed for you to apply the latest Sitecore technology in real life and are geared toward administrators, business users, developers, and marketers. Early sign up is recommended – you can make your selection when you register. Pre-conference trainings, exam prep sessions, and certification exams will be held on Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15. Check the Training and Certifications page for specific times.
4. Plan your sessions in advance
As seats fill up fast for breakout sessions, make sure you plan your schedule before the event using 'My Agenda' in the Attendee Portal. Your ‘My agenda’ saves sessions you’ve scheduled or favorited from the event agenda, along with your Guru Garden appointments and personal calendar additions.
5. Attend the welcome reception
Kick off your Symposium 2024 experience in style by attending the welcome reception at 5:30-7:30pm on Tuesday, October 15 in the Solutions Pavilion. Meet and connect with other attendees from around the globe while enjoying complimentary drinks, appetizers, and entertainment. This year, Sitecore Symposium has three incredible guest keynotes you won't want to miss on the main stage.
