As AI becomes part of the customer journey, DAM needs to do more than store and manage assets. To support AI-powered discovery, personalisation, and content activation at scale, brands need a connected content foundation where approved assets can be found, understood and trusted by both people and AI.
In the second session of Sitecore's DAM Readiness webinar series, Matt Noyes, VP, Product Marketing at Sitecore, and John Horodyski, Managing Director at AVP, explore what it takes to evolve DAM from an asset library into a trusted, AI-ready content foundation that connects metadata, taxonomy, approvals, rights, expiry, localisation, and governance across the wider content supply chain.
Learn how to:
- Evolve DAM from asset storage into a connected content foundation
- Use metadata, taxonomy, and content context to make approved assets easy for teams, channels, and AI systems to find and use
- Apply approvals, rights, expiry, localisation, and governance so content is trusted and safe to activate at scale
- Spot where governance gaps, disconnected systems, or unclear content relationships create risk, rework, and inconsistent customer experiences
