マスターサブスクリプション利用規約
これらのマスターサブスクリプションの利用規約(補遺を含む)(「マスターターム”) are entered into as of the date of the last party to sign the first Order placed under these マスターターム (“発効日")であり、当該注文書でSitecoreと記載されている事業体("Sitecore」)および当該注文書に顧客として記載されている事業体(「顧客”).
These マスターターム apply to Orders entered into between Sitecore and 顧客. The term “Order” is defined in Section 1 below. All Orders will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in these マスターターム. Orders may relate to one or more of the Sitecore Products or Services listed in the table below. These マスターターム, together with the DPA and all Orders, constitute the “合意」当事者間。

This Service relates to Sitecore’s subscription-based platform-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-service, or other cloud hosting services, including any Sitecore Technology made available to 顧客 as part of the ホステッドサービス. Orders including ホステッドサービス will additionally be governed by the terms and conditions in Addendum A and the DPA. |

このSitecore製品は、Sitecoreが提供するパッチ、アップデート、またはアップグレードを含む、Sitecoreのサブスクリプションベースのオンプレミスソフトウェア製品に関連しています。 Orders including ソフトウェア will additionally be governed by the terms and conditions in Addendum B. |

This Service relates to professional consulting services, whether provided remotely or onsite at 顧客 facilities. Orders including コンサルティングサービス will additionally be governed by the terms and conditions in Addendum C. |

トレーニングサービス |
This Service relates to professional training services, including remote training, web-based training, and onsite classes. トレーニングサービス may consist of participating in publicly available classes, scheduling 顧客-specific training, or subscribing to eLearning classes. Orders including トレーニングサービス will additionally be governed by the terms and conditions in Addendum D. |
